Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours as long as the products you have purchased are in stock and do not require time to build. Products that require assembly, large orders or complex builds may have a lead time of 1-4 weeks.

Please check before ordering if you have a deadline. We endeavour to be upfront about whether orders will take longer than expected or if we are in the middle of a hectic period.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Store Pick-Up:

Orders can be picked up from our workshop in West Footscray, Melbourne. To use this service, you must select the local pickup option at the checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with information on suitable times.

Our workshop is at Unit 3, 442 Geelong Road, West Footscray, VIC 3012, Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They are based on the total weight of your order and the destination. If you are unhappy with the fee applied, please get in touch with us.

Australia Post, StarTrack or FedEx / TNT are our preferred carriers for Australian delivery.
PO Box addresses cannot be used for domestic StarTrack, FedEx and TNT shipments.

For international orders, we predominantly ship with DHL and FedEx.
PO Boxes will not be accepted for international orders.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary drastically depending on the destination of your order.

Domestic orders can take 3-5 working days from the despatch date.
International orders can take 4-10 working days from the despatch date.

If you live in rural areas, this time can extend.

Please note: This is not a guarantee but a rough idea. If you are working on a tight schedule, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to give you a more accurate time frame based on your order and destination.

Import Duty / Tax:

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches the destination country. Little Anvil is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. If the product is delivered damaged or fails to work as advertised, we will issue a refund or a replacement. Please check the products you order carefully, noting technical specifications. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.

We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@littleanvil.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received and in the original packaging. Please quote our invoice number when returning.

We address these case-by-case but will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Custom products are non-returnable.

Potential service interruptions:

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside our control. Carriers may experience delays, which we can't foresee. However, we will do our best to update you and promptly follow up on any packages that are delayed in transit.
